An 8 oz Atlantic salmon filet stuffed with red crab, Oregon Bay shrimp, brie

cheese & fresh dill. Oven baked & finished in our white wine dill cream

tossed in a tomato lobster sauce with zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, mixed bell
